Contract cancellation

My contract has expired since two months back. I called to cancel it, they didn't. I called for the second time last month, again they didn't. I'm very irritated by Vodacom staff, what they are doing is daylight. I don't know which part of "I AM NOT RENEWING, PLEASE CHANGE MY NUMBER TO PREPAID" they do not seem to understand. I appeal to them to do the cancellation now, they should withdraw the minutes they've sent to my phone, I have not used a second of it. What a pathetic service, i recommend that they hire staff that take a client's request seriously!!!
