Re-loaded air time as I was unable to dial out (Top op acc). The airtime did not reflect and I could not dial out. Called the call center twice, was told to re-boot my phone, and when that did not work the problem is on my side because they can see the airtime on their system. I asked for the call to be escalated to a supervisor. The operator refused to transfer me, promised someone will call be back within 3 hours. It is now 3 days later, I still cannot phone anybody and have not had any feedback from Cell C.
Nice one, cell c, just when my contract are up for renewal.
