High usage on my account

I checked my bank statement to find out that Vodacom debit more than what was needed to be deducted. I called them to clear it up but they said they charged for the usage i used which was R2800.00 I asked for them to just look into the matter. Nothing happened I called back then the next consultant told me that my account is being charged for the usage i wasn't even aware that they will charge me without finding out if i wanted top up my data, Now i cant do anything about this to find out why am i being charged this much i was hardly using the Data as the phone comes with Data

I am not happy that Vodacom takes advantage of their contract subscribers. I would have expected them to at least try to make a plan to help. I'm very disappointed i need to cancel this contract.
