I Had taken out a Cell C contract with Altech Autopage and I having a problem with regards to poor signal in my area. From the 19 March till date no response.
I use the no for business as I am self employed, ever since I am having this problem I lost a few clients. I went to the store today 14/06 for any feedback and Altech Autopage still didn't get back to him.
When they want the contract everything happens so quick and they debit my account., should I stop my account because of my problem they will hand me over, that's not fair.
