Billed for no service

I applied for my installation to be moved to a new address in January 2013. It was moved only in April 2013 and being billed for a service that was non-existent. At the end of December Telkom decided to cancel my debit order as well. I did not ask for it to be cancelled. You stopped my debit order why did you not stop my ADSL contract as well.
