I have no contract with flexicell

My FNB account was charged R99 for over a year by Flexicell. Now they are charging my account for R199 and the statement records show this latter charge for more than three months. I don't know this Flexicell people.
The only cell phone contract I have is with Vodacom. I don't even know why they are taking my money. Is for a cell phone? Airtime? Data bundle? Who are they? How did they get hold of my banking details?
Can Flexicell please stop taking my money and refund me all the money they took from FNB account. I only realized last month that they have been making regular debit orders from my account that date back to over a year. I do not have a contract with you and I don't even know you. Your access to my account is. I do not use your service and I don't even need your service.. The debit order appears on my account as
R199, Ref Flexicell 1105891176.
