I joined VA in Oct 13. My husband and daughter joined in Jan 13. On 28 Nov 13 we requested a change in banking details for our debit order. To date, after numerous emails and conversations, this is still not done! Now I am being sent sms' and emails that my debit order has been returned. Checking with my bank, no debit order was even presented on old account, never mind returned. Then on Monday, a year after my toddler was signed up for V- Club, I arrive at the gym with her to be told she has been blocked from V-Club due to being a high risk. No one has phoned to tell us this or returned our call to try clear it up. VA has no problem demanding the monthly premium for her but cant be bothered to try and explain why now a year later she is suddenly a "high risk". We have tried to deal with this thru the branch and private email, but clearly no one can be bothered to respond!
