I received an email from Biovea offering me 15% off my next order. However, when I did order they would not apply the 15% discount because the items I ordered were already part of a special offer. The 15% discount offer did not stipulate it could not be used with any other offer. Also, the fact they gave 5% members discount contradicts their argument about not getting a further discount off an offer. I tried to cancel the order, but was told it had been dispatched and I would have to refuse to accept delivery. I was not in when the delivery arrived and a neighbour signed for it. Biovea say I am responsible for return postage, for a product they know I cancelled and that they will not give me a full refund until they receive the item. They are practicing deception and and should be brought to book!
