I cancelled my Planet Fitness gym contract which I had through Discoveryin April 2013. The Discovery vitality side was done properly and was given a referennce number to call Planet Fitness and cancel, which I did.
In May my account was debited, when I called Rivonia Planet Fitness I was told this was the last month and that the manager would sort out the problem so that I dont get debited going forward.
On 28/06/2013 R559.82 was debited, R575 on 1/07/2013 and R476 on 1/08/2013.
this is unethical and disgusting from them. This is not the first time Planet Fitness doesnt treat their customers well.
