I wrote a report on the 13 March about Homechoice refusing to refund my postage fee for the damaged buffet server delivered to me. Not to mentioned that I paid cash for the 3 buffet servers purchased. Surely I did not ask for all the trouble yet I am given the run around.
On the Supplier comment I was promised feedback within 48 working hours and it has been way over that. Can I please get my refund back or should I return all the 3 buffet servers for my full refund???
