I had bought one of their air freshener products for my car mid December, it is one of those perfumed bottles that you hang in the centre of your vehicle on the mirror, in January was driving to work and saw the bottle at my feet I just picked it up and reattached it to the hanging lid on the mirror, only when I looked at the radio console inside my new 2011 Dodge Calibre did I see the damage that this perfume that had fallen down the radio console, even onto my leather seats had done, it has eaten the plastic away, I have sent quotes to Shield to replace my radio to be told by Lance Clark that he will see what he can do as the radio is expensive R7100, really I pay this instalment on my car every month, I think that now im just being ignored, I wonder what these people would do if it was their cars that were damaged like this.
