I bought a pair of shoes at preview for R2000.00 on the 14th of December. And I have literally used the shoes four times. On the 13th of February I used the shoes again and noticed when I got home that my left shoe is torn. I took the shoes back to the shop on the 14th to go complain and Marina told me that she will take the shoes to head office. Today is the 20th and she has phoned me to tell me that someone from head office came to the shop and looked at the shoe and says the shoes was teared by something. I have explained to Marina that, if the shoe was teard I would have felt that. Now I feel that the shop does not want to take responsibility on their low quality product. Marina told me that she will take the shoes to head office and that I can also phone head office, they wont assist me.
