We bought a very expensive payslip folding machine and were assured that, although they are the only supplier of payslips for this machine, their service is good and payslips will be delivered within a week of ordering. To date, not one order has been delivered in less than three to four weeks of placing it. This latest order is already overdue again and they have absolutely no sense of urgency. They don't care that if unskilled workers get their payslips even an hour late, that they go on strike!
