I paid for a wendy house on 7 Dec 2013. Today is 3 Feb 2014 and it has not been completed. I told them my lease expires end Jan 2014, so I will need to move in by then. I must still have the floors, walls and ceiling lined before I can live in it, but they have not finished the job to date. They don't return calls or messages. The office staff didn't even show the builders my plan and I had to explain how I wanted it built. That was also an issue, because the builders only follow instructions from the office, but the office paid no attention to my instructions. Today I had to pay someone to be present, because my belongings have now been moved into the house. They said their staff will start work at my premises by 10h00, they have not arrived. I am really disappointed, because other people referred me to them and I feel that was the worst thing I could've done.
