I settled my Edgars account in FULL on 1 st of January. I used bills . co . za AS suggested in the email when the statement was sent to me. Still - I receive statements and SMS saying I have not paid. In the latest statement EDGARS even added late fees! Absurd! I will check my credit record at the end of this month and if it reflects negatively I will escalate this to the highest ranking Edgars director. It is absolute hogwash that my credit record should reflect badly due to Edgars ineptitude.
