Jabulani Mall on Wednesday 15th January 2014.I was there to buy facial products and they had a special of buy 3 and get the cheapest one free. I then took, The Ponds perfect colour complex normal to dry skin facial cream which was valued at R28.95, The Ponds Perfect Colour Complex Facial Toner which was valued at R22.95, The Ponds Facial Colour Complex Facial Wash which was valued at R22.95.I then had the impression that I would only pay for the two items which was the Facial Toner and the Facial Cream. When I got to the cashier the Facial Wash was R31.95, I was then surprised and asked the cashier as I had seen it on the shelf for R22.95. The cashier then called Tumisani Masike which was the manager on duty to go to the shelf with me and see. When we got to the shelf there were two different sizes of the Facial Wash, which were both under the same price of R22.95.He then refused to give me the Facial Wash for that price and said it was a mistake and customers like me enjoy taking advantage of simple mistakes.
