I ordered a Xmas gift from Daddys deals on the 5/12/3013 for my girlfriend, the main reason for me ordering from Daddys deals is that they guaranteed delivery before xmas day if ordered before the 6/12/2013.
I ordered in the time line they specified in order to receive my delivery before xmas day as they advertised! on the 22/12/2013 I sent an email to check on my delivery and received no feed back besides a auto mated email. I called on the 24/12/2013 only to be told that there courier company was running behind ans that I "might' get mt delivery that day and they would call me back and let me know, I got NO CALL BACK!!! I sent a email once again on the 30/12/2013 and again I only got a auto mated response and nothing else. Today is the 3/01/2014 and I still don't have my delivery. when I called in on xmas eve the daddys deal employee said they would refund me but where was I going to get anything on xmas eve? I cant believe the terrible service and lack of communication! I DEMAND my delivery as well as COMPENSATION ASAP due to this major inconvenience and lack of professionalism and false advertising! Lets see if they even respond to this complaint!
