Game blaming me for their incompetence!

I purchased a new contract with Vodacom at Game 7days ago and the phone has been 2days ago, Game advised me that they will load the insurance at R71 extra and have NOT done so!!! i have blacklisted the phone with Vodacom and went to the police station, and now the manager at the cell phone department in Game tells me that i should have called Hollard... NOBODY has ever told me to get my own insurance!!! the phone was not even a week old yet!!! I want somebody to contact me with a solution because i will NOT pay for a phone that i dont have!! GAME SORT YOURSELF!!!
