Poor Show on Kalahari's Part

I placed an order with Kalahari on the 4th December for Christmas presents for my daughter, I was then mailed and informed that my parcel would be split into two parts, the first part I received on time (thank you for that), my issue is the second part of my order... this is the one thing that is actually on my 5 Year old daughters Christmas list. I mailed Kalahari and did not receive a response as the date that they said it would be delivered has come and gone. So today I called to follow up on my order, and was informed that sorry.. but the supplier does not actually have stock of the item... but the lady at the call centre would check and call me back, she even took my cell number. I am still waiting for her to come back to me, good thing I am not holding my breath. The major problem I have is that when I placed my order I was never informed that there was no stock amd it still shows my order to be delivered on 17 dec 2013. So now I sit here 6 days before Christmas with no present that my Daughter asked Santa to bring her... I have today called every toy store in the Western Cape and no one now has stock. So what do I tell my Daughter now??? That Santa does not care???
