Sealed but empty bottle

I purchased a tray of bad girl vanilla lime ciders. A few days ago I found that 2 of the bottles were completely sealed but contained nothing. I have been trying to get through to Halewood South africa for a few days to report this. I have been given excuse after excuse every day either the customer care person is out of office or on lunch or has left for the day and these calls have all taken place before 4pm. I am dissapointed that I have received this kind of service or lack thereof. I hope that I can be assisted. Yours sincerely Lezane Bam
