Over the period of the Omo rewards programme I have sent in over 10 of the codes from two of my cell phone no's rewards to be entered and I have booked over 5 free Pedi and Mani and made so many calls to the call centre for bookings but they tell me they would get back to me as they are fully booked and they are checking weekly for bookings, its now gone 4 months -and no booking I have contacted the salons they are using and they said they had place for the dates I have selected but no one from OMO as contacted them, What kind of promotion is this-if people like myself buy so much of their brand but do not get the service back.
