OMO - No idea how to run a promotion

I purchased 2 bottles of OMO Liquid with the purpose of getting the free pedicures, for Mom and MiL. I smsed the voucher numbers. Received a call late on a Saturday afternoon in Sept. The guy who called did not have a clue and he was assertive in that irritating parrot style. He told me that I sent the voucher numbers from my phone, I have to use both gifts. He could ONLY get me to a place in The Falls shopping center because Perfect 10 did not want to participate in the promotion any more.
With much to and fro we arranged and agreed that my Mom (Marlene) and my MiL (Alice) would be able to go to Little Falls, but on different days and perhaps on a Friday perhaps on a Saturday - to be confirmed. Suitable dates (4/5 Oct for one and 11/12 Oct for the other) was selected and I was promised a call to confirm dates and times. I asked for a number and was given the call centre number. Halfway through Oct I called and was given a sop story about the salon having to call me, but they would follow up. Now halfway through Nov and still no joy. I am miffed with this promotion because it sets people up for disappointment. Considering buying other products out of principle.
