Had to exchange a faulty TomTom unit - which I was dreading - the staff, however, were exceptionally friendly, helpful and clued up.

Special mention for the GPS guy (Technical) unfortunately I can't remember his name. He really knows what is going on, was friendly and patient.

Best service I have had in a while.
