I just want to mention that the pharmacist working at the branch at the DeVille Centre in Durbanville is not at all helpful and really has a bad attitude. She doesn't seem to be wanting to work there - we all have our bad days, but I've never seem to find her in a better mood...
Once she had a problem with a faxed prescription I took there and I had to drive up and down and she didn't help me. In the end I walked across the street to Durbell pharmacy and they helped me immediately. I don't think I will support the Durbanville branch dispensary again.
The other thing which is my main complaint, is the fact that I've been updating my details on the internet on Clicks Online Club Card member Personal details. I log in and change my e-mail address, but whenever I log in again, it is still the old address. I've been trying for 2 months now, and I change jobs in 2 days, so I won't be getting the e-mails sent to me if they keep sending it to my old work address. I don't know how to update my details so that it stays updated?
