I have been using Kalahari for years and have always been happy but with your new system has come bad service it seems.
I placed an order on 17 October and was told that expected delivery would be 4 November. Since the begining of this week that date has changed daily with NO EXPLANATION at all! The order now has an expected delivery date of 11 November - by tomorrow I assume that will have changed to 15 November??
I know these books were not in stock and had a 12 day lead time but that was passed on 4 November - at the very least please keep me informed as to which books are there and which are outstanding. How long are you going to just shift the goal posts before informing me?
I have another order which is due on the 18th November and I am starting to doubt that I will get that one before Christmas!
