Bad customer services and Rude Staff

Hi, I recently bought a Sansui flat screen TV it started developing black stripes then last week Sunday i took it in for repairs at Joshua doore Wynberg (JHB), Sabelo and his colleagues did a mini assessment on the TV they then told me its a factory default but then couldn't formalize the diagnosis on their own they needed to firstly take it to the supplier so that they can formalize that its factory default also said their suppliers are dodgy they could refuse that it is factory default and drag their feet to fix the TV on the same day left the TV hoping he would give me feedback of when the TV is coming back after the supplier picks it up but he didn't, since i heard nothing from them today I sent my wife to go check whats going on and the Manager was so rude telling her that why should we ask and complaint about when our TV is coming back because currently he has a client that has been waiting 3months for a TV and they're not complaining also said its not his problem that the TV might not be fixed in an acceptable repair period on top of that he answered his cellphone and chatted away with his friend while my wife was talking to him. i do have evidence of this as we recorded him.
