Non-payment of provident fund

Hi I am lebohang sibeko (972493) I was working for pick n pay since 2012/10/22 I resigned from the company this year 8/08/2013 and I filled my documents for the provident fund and sent it by e-mail and mail so they told me after 3months I will get my funds and now its 4months when I call they say they dont have my papers, and I want my funds to be paid into my account before the end of november because I did what ever they wanted me to do so now they must just give me my money
