Standing in a queue were there should be about 6 tellers there was only one on duty, the assist manager comes and takes customers from the back of the queue to be assisted by an empty teller, when I asked him why do you take customers that is standing at the back of the queue when we were standing longer in the queue his response was "thats how we work, we take the customers from the back of the queue". That is pathetic!
