This will be the last time I use this company. Myself and my wife purchased the Atlanta patio furniture set from the Midrand based Patio Warehouse. We spent over R37000.00 on this set. Not to mention we still paid a delivery cost on top of that. When we purchased this set we told the person helping us that it was vital that the delivery took place before 4pm as our estate has very strict rules and would not let any delivery trucks enter the estate after that time. Needles to say broken promises from Norman and I end up having to leave work early because the truck is going to be late and I had to go and beg security to let them in after Norman told us at 3.30pm the truck was on the way, truck then reaches us at 7 pm??? I help offload the truck only to notice that furniture is damaged. I sent the whole load back only to get Braam phone me in the morning to say they had to many deliveries to do, strange how you can say something and then not do it... Pathetic service all round. Last time never again. The stress you put my wife and myself through and the fact that we have a new born baby. Pathetic!!!
