I went with a friend to DecoFurn in Fourways and we bought 3 couches and 1 coffee table. We were supposed to receive it 10 days after the order. After 2 weeks, my friend called the company and they told us that they forgot our order and they would try to deliver our couches and coffee table as soon as they can. My friend had to call them twice more and threaten them that we want a refund before they would deliver it.
4 days after the first call, we received our couches but the coffee table had gone missing. DecoFurn can't even tell us what happened to the coffee table and they can't replace it. Moreover, Decofurn doesn't want to give us a refund because they consider the price of the coffee table as the delivery fees yet they put delivery fees on the invoice.
Unbelievable situation!
