I just wanted to thank Zando for the most incredible service I have ever encountered! I ordered gorgeous shoes online on Sunday, 16 September and had them in hand on Wednesday, 18 September! Unfortunately, online shopping is not a complete science and one pair of shoes I adored, were a size too big (the right size was delivered). I contacted Zando and went through the process of returning the shoes (which has made me very sad) and the courier arrived to return the item not even 24 hours after they were delivered to me. I have since bought even more shoes and I am completely addicted to the Zando website. Great job to everyone at Zando who assisted me! I look forward to trawling your new stock items and getting some great deals! As a professional career woman, who has little time to shop and walk around malls, you have made shopping something fun and exciting!
