Quality of repairing rings

Good Day

Me and my fiance got engaged in February this year since that time i needed to send my ring in for repairs twice and my diamands keep on falling out for no reason.

I took my ring in for the last time or well the time i thought it's going to be the last time, but not a week back from repairs and 4 diamands has fallin out again for no reason.

This a matter of seriousness, I can't keep on sending my ring in for replacing the diamonds, I do request a new ring the exact same one as what i have now and not on my cost.

Before i got engaged my sister gave me a ring that was purchase from American Swiss also as a present, but no diamonds has fallin out.

So my question is why is my engagement ring doing it? And no it can't be becuase of the ring that was made bigger nor can a ring shrink.
