I reported a account with fashion express, i was advised to fax my affidavit, copy of id and a dispute form.i did send the required documents on the 7th September 2013. i have not received a call from any consultant with regards to my problem, i called their offices, spoke to mellita, she said they did not recieve the document as yet, went to fashion express in kempton park were they helped me to fax the documents and they confirmed and i saw proof that they did fax those documents to head office.i cannot wait any longer, its been a week now and no feedback from foschini group.someone have to contact me ASAP.
