I bought a acer tablet from Incredible . and the manager, dirk, said that he would be getting me a charger, when i got hold of the branch on the monday they said that i was required to pay for the charger, otherwise i would not be getting the charger.
it has been 2 months of fighting and arguing, i was sworn at by the manager and called a etc. i got hold of the head office through the call center nothing was achieved by it, i emailed the head office and they still havent responded. and i am still sitting with a tablet that has no charger...
i refuse to pay for it, i dont see how buying a tablet, and then having to buy a charger after makes any sense.
