The web site changed and I ordered books, after my order I realised they never asked my delivery address. Then I saw the books are Ebooks which I do not want. I immedately tried calling and the response was because it is after hours, no one can assist me. I then send a mail and asked the order to be cancelled because I want books. The reply was my mail will be answered with in 2 days. I then after 2 days received an account. I called and send again 3 mails. The agent said sorry, no returns and was rude. I asked for the supervisor. Mr Schippers (supervisor) said thay can not recall the links and after I asked him to cancel my membership he promised to cancel 2 of the links and then I pay only for 1.(I wonder how suddenly not possible can change in a phone call's time). I did not want my order deleted but I want to books that are even more expensive. I said that I know about the consumer law and that I will take the matter further. I have send numerious mails of which I got no reply! Suddenly my mails was answered also the same day. (5 days later). Mr Schippers promised to call me the next day (13 August) and he never did. The links was now removed however my acc not
