Express Que not so Express

Hi,

this complaint is about the "Express Que" stood waiting for more than 7 minutes in the que waiting for store manager to help cashier with a customers trying to pay for an telephone / water & lights accounts. 3 tills points and only 2 cashiers working during the beginning of a high traffic volume session. And all i wanted to do was pay for a chocolate bar..

sorry but they lost this customer another store..
