Last Saturday 3 August, at 19:24 at Pick n Pay in Goodwood, I swiped my debit card and it was declined 3 times. I went to the cashpoint and got a statement which reflected the payment was in fact debited from my account on all 3 occasions. I immediately called PnP and was informed by Peter that if the problem was on their side that they would reimburse me within 24 hours. On Tuesday, 3 days after the incident I had still not received any feedback from Peter and followed up with a call only to be told that he would get his accounts department to deal with it. After this brush off, I proceeded to call Head Office hoping that they could resolve the issue for me. Instead I was informed that I should go back to the store and speak to the manager who is entitled to reimburse me. It is now a week later and still no feedback from Peter this is unacceptable!!! DO THE RIGHT THING PICK N PAY!!!
