I have been slowly reducing my credit card limit.howevr i send emails but it takes more than two weeks for my request to be attended to. Funny enough when you want to increase your limit its by phone and its quick.

I phoned the head office today asking why my request t reduce my limit is taking long i was told they receive a lot of emails.it looks like these people would love to keep us in debt becoz its quickeer to get credit that it is to try and reduce the debt.

I am really angry about the shoddy service, Why cant they use th telephone system and record the request t reduce credit limit as they do with requesting to increase limit which is riskier.
