Can you believe it... I have now been waiting three weeks for my delivery... Half of my goods was delivered last week and wrong goods was delivered... I'm still waiting on my other goods and its costing me every time to contact Russels and to go into the store to find out what is going on... Please can someone tell me what the is happening at Russels cause now i am fed up and cant take this anymore... What type of service is this...???
