I have without fail experience bad service from the deli attendants at the shop and yesterday was no exception. I waited to be served till I finally decided to leave without getting the ham I needed. The lady casually chatted to supposed customers as she claimed, then told me that she is alone and shouted to someone else to assist me who then flatly refused and joined them in their conversation. In the same breath several staff were around but were busy with their own personal stuff. Went to the managers office - when I was attended by the admin manager who also just did not see anything alarming with my complaint. I really don't understand why I have to always beg for the deli and bakery staff to be decent and give me the service expected. I am not asking for hand outs when I come to your shop but these 2 areas always make me feel like that.
