Hi,

I am still waiting for Nomsa from the jewellery counter to call me back with regards to my Guess charms and ring that was sent in for repairs on the 24th of April.

Your service is absolutely appalling and even the switchboard operators doesn't know how to do their job. That is to say if they ever answer the phone.

If I do not get a phone call from you within the next 24 hours, I will open a case against you for as no one knows what the progress are with regards to my jewellery. It has been 7 weeks already which is longer than the time frame given to me for jewellery repairs.
