I bought a 20k rand 3 piece Casablanca lounge suite from Morkels. And it was insured. I've had it for about a year now. Some of the couches recline, but one has not been doing that for now. I reported it over 2 months ago and have constantly made follow ups. I was told that I would be contacted for repairs on the couch. Even after my follow ups I have not heard anything from Morkels. I keep hearing the same story from them each time I go there. Sometimes the call gets logged again. This was very annoying. The couch has not been repaired nor checked. And to think that they are insured. This is very poor service from such a reputable company.
