After opening a game account -3 month later, i applied for my partner for a game account.
The person who phoned us to confirm details informed us that the account will not be granted due to him not having a expiry date on his contract. the contract must be valid for 12 months and expire on a certain date. The contract he has don't have a expiry date and is a ongoing contract that don t expire! you have to get in trouble or resign, i.o.w IT NEVER EXPIRES!!! my card was granted and i'm on the exact same contact at work.
Is this discrimination or what is the issue here? how can mine be granted and his not???
