Paid order not delivered

I placed an order for 9pc Cast iron cookware set in first week of march 2013 and made my payment. I was reassured that my order will be delivered between 2-4 weeks. A confirmation was sent to me to pick them up from the Post Office but when I got there, I was informed that there was only one box which contained a pot (2 pc) and the other box was never received. I wrote to Homechoice and was informed that I must be patient, there might have been a delay in the delivery. After several trips to the Post Office, and calls/emails to Homechoice, I was told that my order might have been. On 17 April 2013, I got a call from a Homechoice employee who acknowledged the situation and promised to speak to her manager and also to inform their warehouse to dispatch my order to me and Homechoice can sort things out with Post office but this never happened. After several emails to find out what is going on, I received a call from a Homechoice employee informing me that there is nothing they can do till the investigation into my order is completed. I have communicated to Fowzia Brandt, Shafieka Whittle and others but nothing seems to come out of it as they stopped responding to my emails
