TAKE MONEY BUT NO STOCK

On 04/04/2013 I ordered the Zamara 3-Piece Blanket Combo and paid 11/4/13. After enquiring about my order they informed me the blankets has been sold out. After they informed me no 3 piece blankets will be available again I ordered the Zabala 2-piece blanket combo 12/4/13. 2 days later on their website the Keisha 3-piece blanket combo was available. I phoned them and asked what now, how can they say that no 3-piece blakets sets will be available again & 2 days later it's on their website. The lady informed me that I can just send the Zabala blankets back and order the 3-piece set this was done 15/4/13. After two weeks I phoned them to say I never received the Zabala combo they informed me it was re-rooted back to them, but my new order can only be processed when they receive the other blankets. I spoke to Desham (manager) and asked him what was going on with my order. He informed me that he will follow it up and get back to me. For two weeks that never happend, when I phoned again they informed me all stock has been sold out. Thursday 2/4/13 they phoned me to say my stock has been reserved, but yesterday I received another call to say they have no stock on any blankets.
