Woolworths was always the best retailer in SA. I could not live without Woolies! What has happened? It was always more expensive but it was worth the price. Woolies was a guarantee of quality and good service. Now we get food at twice the price but it's only fit for the bin. After years of telling our men to go to Woolies, we need to re-train them. My poor husband arrived home last night with Woolies bags. He was horrified when I told him him to put the bags in the bin. I proved the point by asking him to find anything edible in the 3 bags. The fruit & veges were frot so he agreed to throw these out. I cooked an over-salted processed pork sausage and put in on a "plastic" bread roll. One bite and he was more than happy to put that and the rest of the sausages and rolls in the bin. I am not surprised that Woolworths have elected to do the "ostrich number" and be a company who does NOT respond to HelloPeter. Look at the stats.
