Hi, I wished to buy an advertised Prestige Springfoam pan round s/wich cake pan and an advertised Prestige large biscuit Sheet med baking sheet from Pick n Pay Hyper in Port Elizabeth during Late October early November 2012. They said no stock arrived and gave me a rain cheque & promised to call me the next week. After about 3 weeks, I went to the store, still no stock. They re issued another rain cheque and promised stock was coming the next week and they will phone me. Again I went to the store and same story no stock and they added to keep the rain cheque as it won't expire. It is now May 2013, 7 months later and I'm still waiting. They have the individual items in-store but not as advertised in the pamphlet. They do keep a file of their pamphlets and did check when I brought the rain check in. Usually they always honour their (word) rain cheques but this time (no phone call at all to me) I am a sad & unhappy customer.
