ADT Security doesn't send accounts and invoices to the correct address and then claim client is in arrears. If they cannot manage simple administrative tasks, can they really provide security? Verbal and written requests for the CEO's e-mail are also simply rushed aside and ignored. Is his privacy more important the the client's privacy? I think not. the clients foot the bill. Are our properties really protected?
