No response after panic button is pressed

We joined Secupro's Monitoring & Armed Response service at the end of last year. They explained that Secupro would monitor our alarm while ADT would serve as our Armed response. Should we need armed response Secupro would receive the signal from our alarm & alert ADT to this immediately. A man jumped over the wall into our premises while i was at home alone. I pushed the Panic button & locked myself in the bedroom. No call or response of any kind came from Secupro. I then phoned them & requested that ADT Armed Response be dispatched immediately. The woman's response was that i should phone ADT myself! Confused, i asked the woman to do it on my behalf as i didn't have ADT's number and she is my security company. After 30 mins, no one had arrived except my family members.i called Secupro again & asked why ADT had not arrived yet. The same woman's response was that she hadn't called them, that she didn't know i was with ADT & that there was nothing on the system. When we needed them most Secupro was absolutely useless. We got zero service from them. A week later our alarm went off during the night. No one responded to the alarm... no call, no armed response. They should be shut down!
