ADT have no respect for the customer's time and appoinments they made. Techicians visited my house three times to fix a problem with false alarms without success. On 29/7/2013 I had an appointment for 13h00 - they never showed up. The appoiment was moved to 2 February at 09h00 and I was told that I will be the first appointment. At 12h20 the techician phoned to say he was at my home - I left due to other engagements and was not prepared to wait anymore. He made the appointment for 3 February at 11h00 - he only arrived at 12h00. I am really not satisfied with their attitude. He was suppose to come with a wireman to assist but he told me the wiremans don't work on weekends (after the arrangement was made). Hopefully the problem solved.
